FAST FORWARD 90

Creating success during the first 3 months in a new role

Success in a new role, especially in a technical field, often requires a balance of technical competence, teamwork, and adaptability.

Transition is a critical time in any professional's life - and also a time of great vulnerability.

How can you set yourself up for success in a new role?

Who are the key stakeholders and how can you form and foster good relationships with them?

What quick wins can you land, so that you establish your credibility and also more rapidly reach the break-even point?

How you answer these and other crucial questions, along with how you execute on your strategies, can set you up for failure or success.

That's why we're creating this course: to help ensure success!

Currently we are seeking 10 individuals who will give us 20 to 30 minutes of their time so we can validate and refine our course idea.

Whom are we looking for?

Someone in a technical field AND

  • seeking a new role/

    looking for a promotion, OR

  • recently started a new position, OR

  • is leading these same professionals

During a 20-30-minute Zoom call, we will ask you some questions and request that you provide us with insights and feedback that will assist us in refining the content of our course. (THIS IS NOT A SALES CALL! The information gleaned will only help us with designing our course.)
