Business Consultant & Executive Advisor

Have a solid plan that allows you to exit your business or advance your career.

When you work with a coach,
expect to go further and faster!

The coaching I provide is a combination of business and executive coaching.
Let’s take a quick look at the difference between the two:

In the role of Business Coach I explore with you solutions for key areas that drive your business success: value proposition, customer segments, customer relationships, marketing channels, key activities, key resources, key partnerships, revenue streams, and cost structure.

Over the time of our engagement, we uncover opportunities for improvement and change, and you can count on my support while you successfully implement that right-fit solutions in these crucial areas.

As an Executive Coach I work with you to close a gap between where you are now – professionally or personally (because it’s all interrelated) – and where you would like to be.

When you work with me you can expect to receive feedback and support, as well as the accountability you want, so you can reach your goals, develop new skills, implement new ways of thinking and behavior. As a result, you’ll be more effective, energized and generally perform better.

What is Coaching Good for?

A solid strategic plan increases revenue, profit, productivity, growth, quality, customer loyalty, and more. It also contributes to attracting quality employees and keeping them.

A company’s growth accelerates when impeding issues are resolved, including those affecting time management and leverage; revenues, profits and cash flow; and the people involved.

Individuals that have clarity on their best career path and then effectively implement the strategies that support their priorities, perform above expectations in all aspects.

A team that performs at the top level makes many things possible. The team’s increased performance impacts its potential, its productivity and the organization’s profits.

A well-developed Board positively impacts an organization’s performance, its reputation in the community and among grant makers, and its ability to attract and retain quality board members.

A solid exit plan includes grooming the next generation of leaders and implementing strategies now that will ensure you can sell your business for top dollar later.

What is the Coaching Process?

An initial coaching engagement addresses a specific situation and path, as does each session.

Following a process provides focus and measurable results for the duration of the coaching engagement as well as each session. It looks like this:

Depending on the situation at hand, an initial assessment – for the business or the professional – provides clarity on the circumstances and what the goals  of the coaching contract are.

Informed by the assessment results and desired outcomes, coach and client then co-create a plan, with measurable objectives and that move the client toward the results they want.

Encouraged by feedback and supported by accountability provided by the coach, the client implements changes that move the needle toward the desired results more rapidly.

Progress toward results is tracked throughout, from initial state of affairs to goal attainment, ensuring that the co-created plan remains on track and results are achieved as desired.

Is Coaching Right for the Situation?

Coaching isn’t for every situation. Here’s s how to recognize if it is the right approach:

The Status Quo is Taking its Toll

You have determined that keeping things the same is taking its toll on the bottom line of your business or your performance as a professional. You already know that NOT implementing necessary changes will only make the situation worse.

The Problem is Big Enough

You recognize that the consequences of the problem have long-lasting impact. You can’t bear the exorbitant costs of the problem. You want to work with an outside advisor, so you can more rapidly implement the necessary changes and regain control over the situation.

You Want Solutions That Work for YOU

When you work with me as your coach, we co-create solutions specific to your situation. You know best what is possible, and this is one of the key reasons you will be able to enjoy more of the results you want for your business and/or professional trajectory.

You’re Willing to Invest in Solutions

Creating solutions for your business or your professional performance requires you to invest resources: money, time and energy. The value of working with a professional coach is undeniable, and the ROI undisputed. Get coached and expect to make progress faster and go further!

You Don’t Want to Do This Alone

It’s hard to strategize on your own, especially when you’re already managing so many responsibilities. You are guaranteed to make changes faster when you brainstorm solutions and strategize their implementation with an independent advisor, who will also hold you accountable.

You Want to Implement Changes NOW

“What got you here won’t get you there” (to quote the famous Marshall Goldsmith), and change is often not easy. But now you’re open to feedback and willing to explore new solutions, and get the support you want and the accountability you need to succeed. You’re ready for change.

Now may be as a good a time as any to see if your situation is suitable for a coaching engagement and if there is a fit for us to work together.

The first step is to have a call (by phone or Zoom).  It only takes about 30 minutes, and – at a minimum – our conversation will give you clarity on the path you need to pursue to get the results you want.

When you’re ready, go ahead and schedule your call:
