An independent business owner since 1995, I’ve assisted my domestic and international clients with marketing, business development, cross-cultural communications, successful grant applications, opposition research and administrative services in diverse industries: Medicine, Government Relations, Law, Alternative Energy, Construction, Engineering, and Agriculture to name a few.

This experience informs my approach to coaching, as I am familiar with challenges faced by businesses and leaders – both as a consultant and an entrepreneur myself. I am also an immigrant and bring a different perspective to the mix. My direct communication style and willingness to question the status quo often lead to the results my clients seek more quickly.

As an executive coach, I love working with decision-makers in technical, mechanical, financial and administrative roles and in the areas of strategic thinking, stakeholder engagement, and behavioral change – so they can reach their next goal faster and with greater ease.

The ICF (International Coaching Federation) has become the organization that sets the standards for the coaching industry.  The trainings and certifications I seek out meet or exceed the requirements of the ICF.
